3. LEO CLUB:
 Meeting today at lunch in Rm. A314. We will be
discussing this month’s clean-up project and
fundraiser, as well as the March convention.
Please be prompt.

4. COLLEGE VISIT:
 UH Hilo will be visiting this morning at 9:10 in Mr.
Fong’s office.

5. SENIORS:
 Make sure your parents/guardians are filling out
the FAFSA. Financial aid deadlines for colleges
vary.
 It is your responsibility to know the deadlines
and if additional forms such as the College
Scholarship Service Profile needs to be
submitted.

6. SENIORS:
 Update your Family Connections page,
including matching your Family Connections
Connections page with the Common
Application
 Officially request on Family Connections to
send your transcripts to the colleges you are
are applying to.

7. STUDENTS IN GRADES 10-12:
 The Hawaii Future Dentists Symposium will be
held on Saturday, Feb. 20th. This symposium will
feature a discussion by several of Hawaii’s
foremost dental specialists who will discuss the
joys and Deadline to sign-up is Tuesday, Feb.
16th. See Mr. Fong for flyer or to sign-up.

8. SUMMER COLLEGE TOUR:
 See Mr. Fong for flyers on the summer college
tour to San Francisco and the Bay area. The
tour includes 12 colleges in 5 days. We will also
visit the Great America Amusement Park.

9. DRIVERS ED:
 The 2016 Class Schedule and application forms
for A+ Clark’s Driving School are available in the
HS Office.
 Classes are Saturdays & Sundays, 8am to 1pm
here at SHA, Rm. A211. Limited seating so
reserve your seats quickly!

10. SHA MAY DAY COURT:
 Auditions will be held on Monday, Feb. 8th, from
3 to 4pm in the Dance Studio (PAC2). Students
in grades 7-12 are encouraged to audition.
 See Mrs. Normand or check Edline for further
information and permission forms. Permission
forms are due no later than Thursday, Feb. 4th.

11. LOST & FOUND:
 Several school uniform items here in the
HS Office. Also flasks, water bottles and
lunch bags. Please claim items by Friday,
Jan. 29th, or they will be donated or
discarded.
