buildings and 350 workers working on three shifts
per day.
9. The training and apprenticeship program entails 2 weeks
of Individualized training, biannual continuing education,
and 3 different certification levels: novice, intermediate &
advanced

discuss performance. Statistics are kept to track
units, stitches, efficiencies, scrap rate, scrap reason
code, etc.
