2. Vidya web_app
• The concept of this project initiated during
this summer while talking to a couple of our
esteem parents/guardians who suggested a
system with their layman-non-tech language
which could be helpful to avail the status of
their wards in campus in various academic and
non-academic area without coming to the
campus physically.
3. Vidya web_app
• It took another couple of days to have a
mental framework for a workable real life
design for the project. The starting was very
exciting as because of the previous experience
as well as the readily available data of main
campus.
• Last one month is spent on Design-CodingTesting cycle.

• The main objective of the project was to
enable the parents to have maximum
accessibility of the institutional data and to
send their valuable feedback with minimum
effort.
• On the long run this process will add value to
the overall customerism of the company.
5. Vidya web_app
???
• This is an android based application module
which can be downloaded from Google play
store and can be installed in personal handheld
devices.
• This app connects to our data repository in
web through proper authentication by the
parents/guardians.
13. User requirement
• The user/parent/guardian has to purchase the
android device for easy accessibility of the
data.
• The device to be installed with the app which
is free downloadable from Google play.
14. Developer requirement
• Rs 2500/- towards the cost of registration to
Google play and a separate domain space.
• One ordinary android device (Rs 6000/- approx.)
for easy design, testing and deployment of the
app.
• Regular data from campuses (may be daily or
weekly) for formatting and uploading to
webspace.
15. Vikash Group of Institutions
• As a whole the entire group of institution can
be included in this project so that any student
of any campus can avail his/her data through
this app.
• The head of different campuses may be
requested to get involved in this information
sharing project.
