Kazakhstan has launched a One Stop Shop Investors Service Center in 2016. Investors who are applying for licenses and permits in Kazakhstan shall no longer need to visit various ministries or government agencies. More than 363 permits and licenses will be issued through the One Stop Shop. The One Stop Shop will facilitate investment activities and reduce administrative and bureaucratic barriers.
In 2015 One Stop Shop piloted to provide public services only for the investors implementing priority investment projects. From its start more than 200 meetings with investors were conducted.

The Investor Service Centre was created to facilitate rendering public services to
investors.
The mechanism will considerably reduce investors’ participation in the process of documentation preparation.
Direct contact of Investors with public authorities will be simplified.
Results of the Investor Service Centre for 2015
Public services were facilitated to the companies in the of machine building
industry, food processing, electrical equipment, design &engineering, etc.
Government Resolution №70 on the “One Stop Shop for Investors Implementation Rules”
were introduced on 17 February 2015
27 Joint Decrees and Regulations on assignment of responsible persons at the public
central and local authorities for rendering public services to investors were adopted.
Around 200 meetings with investors were conducted at the Investors Services
Centre.
Call-centre 8(7172)75-45-40 for investors consultations.
Around 363 public services for investors were identified.
In 2015 the Investor Service Centre worked only for Priority

In 2017 One Stop Shop principle will be launched for the investors in regions
on basis of Public Service Centers
From 2016 the Mechanism is to be launched for ALL investors
