1. I, _______________ ____________ agree to play “full on” if accepted in a Back
Nine Board of Advisors Chapter, I will participate with great enthusiasm and
motivation in Chapter‐related activities. Above all, I agree to be a remarkable
demonstration of what is possible in business.
I also agree to play by the following “Rules of The Game”:
1) I agree to enjoy the moment and apply what I learn.
2) I’m going to want share the knowledge of the things I learn with as many people as possible to
make the world a better place.
3) I agree to passionately help the other Members in my Chapter achieve their goals of more
profits and more life because that’s just cool!
4) I understand that as a Back Nine Board of Advisors Chapter Member I will be party to private
business and personal information of other Chapter Members and I agree not to share that
information with anyone outside of the chapter, unless given specific permission to do so.
5) I understand that the higher purpose of my Membership in this Chapter is to ‘give back’ and in
addition to a portion of my dues being allocated to support the Chapter’s chosen Charity, I will
give my best efforts to support the Charity with my time in the amount of at least two hours per
month. Not only will this make me feel amazing, I’ll get to make a tangible difference in my
community.
6) As a raving fan of my Back Nine Board of Advisors membership, I will want to refer at least two
people to consider applying to join my Chapter or other Chapters, within the first twelve months
of being accepted as a Member. They too will get to enjoy and grow from the experience of
membership and will love you for it.
7) I agree that my monthly Chapter dues will be invested into my personal and business growth via
credit card on the first day of each month. If my card is declined, I agree to pay a $50 processing
fee to make up for the hassle I’ve created, in addition to making good on the payment at my
earliest convenience.
I understand that Membership is a privilege, not a right, and I agree to the
following “Consequences” if I don’t follow the “Rules of The Game”. We don’t
expect perfection but we do expect effort. Therefore we’ve implemented a
“Mulligan” system and a Mulligan is basically a ‘do over.’
1) I understand that at any time I may have my Membership privileges withdrawn for not keeping
my commitment to any of the aforementioned Rules of the Game and therefore letting myself
and my Chapter Members down. The reality is that we only want you involved if you’re getting
great value and playing full on. It’ll work like this. Membership in a Chapter is a privilege and if at
any time I do not maintain my passion and my commitments, I may be given written notification
(a Mulligan) of such and after three notifications my Membership privileges may be revoked.
We’d hate to see that happen but for the integrity of the Chapter and all of its Members we
need to include this.
2) I agree to attend every Chapter Meeting possible because missing a meeting would mean I could
miss a huge opportunity to take my business to the next level and I can’t justify that.

2. 3) I understand that I am entitled to three “Mulligans” in a twelve month period with the Chapter
and I will be given one Mulligan for any occurrence of the following:
a. Missing two consecutive Chapter Meetings in a row without prior written approval from
the Chapter Host. We understand that things come up from time to time, just let your
Host know in advance.
b. Missing more than five Chapter Meetings in any twelve month period. Ouch! You’re too
busy working ‘in’ your business and not on it. Remember that doing the same things
you’ve always done expecting different results is what is preventing you from massive
acceleration in your business.
c. Negative or undermining behavior which in any way affects others in the Chapter in a
negative way. We know you’d never do this but legal counsel says we need to include it.
d. Failure to consistently participate in other Chapter or Charity initiatives. Stay focused
on the fact that this is about learning, fun and giving back.
4) Three Mulligans in any twelve month period will mean that both the Chapter and the Member
should wish each other well and part ways.
