I am Consulting Director/ Principal - Climate Change at ICF, Beijing, China with 15 years of working experience (12 years of experience in the fields of Climate Change, Energy and Environment). At the moment, I am the Project Team Leader of "Supporting the Design and Implementation of Emissions Trading Systems in China" (EuropeAid); Chair of the Carbon Market Working Group (WG) of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC); and Associate of China Carbon Forum (CCF).
