This document provides end of life dates for support packs of different versions of SAP BI, including BI 4.0, BI 4.1, BI 4.2, and BI 4.3. It specifies the release date, last patch date, and end of life date for each support pack. Support packs in pink rows are still active while those in blue have already reached end of life. Patches are delivered on demand during the priority 1 support phase for critical issues.
