A journey through other worldy sounds
Sound practitioners Mark Cedro and Mona Ruijs will be combining
their skillset to create a unique sound experience for you. With their
combined instruments of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, quartz
crystal bowls, handpan, didgeridoo, native american flute and
various other sound tools, Mark and Mona will facilitate a 90 minute
sound journey that is designed to induce states of profound physical
relaxation, meditation and general wellbeing.
Sound Bath participants variously report powerful bodily sensations
and brain states often accompanied by creative thought, rich
imagery, insights, and feelings of rest and timelessness. We invite
you to join us as we journey into sound and the senses.
