 To promote campus-wide consistency

 Fully Online

5. Basic: Student View

6. Hybrid 1
(same as basic, but with folders added)

7. Hybrid 2
(same as basic, but with modules added)

10. How do you request a shell?
 Enter MY PNC Portal, select eHelpdesk
 Submit a help ticket
 Specify the shell(s) that you want and the
course(s) that you want it applied to
within the text entry box

11. Select
“Blackboard”
Select “Erin
White”
Enter that Leave
you’re everything
requesting a on this side
shell as is
Specify
semester,
course name,
number, and
section
Click to save
changes

14. Download banners from S: drive
 Click on ‘Learning & Technology’
 ‘BB Learn Banners’
 Save to your computer and then follow p.7
in “Getting Started” (green) packet to
upload to a Learn course.

15. Customization
 You can always customize your
look and feel
○ Menu
○ Color/style ‘themes’
 Simply click on ‘Customization’,
then ‘Teaching Style’ within Learn

16. Please allow 2-3
working days for
shells to be applied to
your spring courses.
