I would like to bring your attention to a new approach to hip joint described by Professor KM Mohan
Krishna Iyer in his latest book "MODIFIED POSTERIOR APPROACH TO THE HIP JOINT".
As we know literature is about Critical posterior approach to hip Joint due to complications like higher
Dislocation Rate.However, the excellent visualization of the Entire acetabulum and the upper femoral
shaft, is one of the biggest advantages for primary and revision joint replacement surgery part icularly
in cases where only the femoral component needs to be replaced.
This book provides new technique to counter these issues.This term entitled `Modified Posterior
Approach to the Hip Joint ', he has credited his teacher and Mentor has 9Mr.FHBeddow) Senior
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, University of Liverpool, UK and has been mentioned as an article in
