which together made up for 1 483 654 arrivals in 2011
● In the period of the first seven months of this year (2012) it has
already received 1 781 362 international visitors which is an increase
of 4% compared to the same period last year
● German visitor arrivals alone have increased 9% compared to the
same period of 2011
● Most visited towns in the region (2011) were Rovinj. Porec and Umag
● Rovinj was the most popular destination with 427 253 visitors in 2011
which is equal to 30 visitors per inhabitant

currently live in Durban, SA. Coming from the art, tourism,
hospitality, veterinary and management background (16 years
hands on management), I have gained wide, valuable knowledge
and insight into various business spheres
● My main strengths are promotional marketing and client liaison.
● I would also like to introduce my partner, Architect Milos Stipanovic.
Milos is a valuable team member and is based in the Istrian
peninsula. Milos has 30 years+ of experience as a multifaceted
architect in the corporate environment. His main strengths are large
scale projects, renovations, client and local government
negotiations. He has a wide knowledge of real estate and was the
first registered independent architectural consultant in the region.
● Our policy is to carefully pick property and projects. The property /
project future income stream must be real and substantial. As
company we have a unique blend of expertise crucial to offer our
client the necessary support they need to make informed decisions.
