FEBRUARY 24, 2016 - iXCC® has launched a Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 3.0 car
charger that is also compatible with non-Quick Charge™ devices. The new car charger
harnesses the Quick Charge™ 3.0 technology while delivering a universal charging
platform that delivers rapid charging for devices that aren’t Quick Charge™ compatible
through exclusive ChargeWise™ optimum charging technology. The car charger is also
backwards compatible with QC 2.0 and charges non-Q.C. devices at full speed up to 2.4
amps.
Quick Charge™ 3.0 is the fastest and most efficient charging technology to be released
by Qualcomm® and is engineered to deliver charging rates that are up to four times faster
than traditional charging for compatible devices. That means, 0-80% charge in 30
minutes compared to 12% charge in the same time period with conventional chargers.
