2. The narrative of this video is
that she's an elderly lady with
her husband who she isn't
connected to. Throughout the
video she has flashbacks of the
happy moments with the man
she loved. He drives off a cliff ,
later on in the video she's seen
driving his old car as the older
lady and is visited by the ghost
of her former lover.
This is very similar to the
narrative I have chosen to use
for the music video and this
video helped me with ideas for
the locations , actions etc.
3. MISE EN SCENE
This video isn't a typical ‘Katy
Perry’ music video , hers are
normally more glamorous
approach. In this video the
majority of lighting is natural
and shot outside or in a very
open house. The clothing used
is very casual is majority of
shots , however there is one
shot which is almost like a
wedding dress and Katy Perry
is typically dressed as a pop
star. Its not so clear to see the
target audience in this video
, although there are shots that
relate to the main stream
audience.
