I am submitting my application to get you know about my educational background as graduate
from the Biotechnology Technologist and Industrial Microbiology Diploma program at
Centennial College. I have theoretical training in industrial microbiology including analytical,
organic and biochemistry laboratory techniques. I have learnt to isolate, enumerate and identify
microorganisms from various types of samples such as from body, food, water, pharmaceutical
and cosmetic products. I have knowledge about techniques used in the detection and enumeration
of microbes and learned about ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Processes. I have
knowledge to become proficient in aseptic handlings of materials.
My program is also related to the practical life as I gained a thorough knowledge of Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Point procedures that are specifically critical for food and
technology companies governed under Canadian health system. I have an experience of working
in a food processing environment. I have strong computer skills and excellent communication
abilities which leads me to interact with variety of people. I can adapt each type of environment
with little effort but a prominent hard worker in any field. I can work either individually or in a
group project as well.
