As per the verbal communications that I have had with you regarding the activity of demonstration of
Venture near a reputed Puja Pandal for two Days with deatlis of total expenses are as follows.
Details of Materials / Space with specifications Amount
Structural work for two Gates with Bamboo & Batam(one over-head , One Rs.6,000 /-
normal gate at vehicle demo & Banners.
Art work & Flex Printing & fittings with framing & labour charges. Rs.8,000 /-
Garage rent & 24hrs security service for displaying the Vehicle for two days. Rs.4,000 /-
Space rate for displaying Car for Two days & One Over-head Gate & one 6"/10" Rs.10,000 /-
Banner at Prime location for six days.
TOTAL EXPENSES RS. 28,000 /-
The main aim of the demonstration is to expose VENTURE as much as possible.
Footfall during those Six days are huge & that’s why at the main Entrance there would be an over-head gate
displaying colourfull images of venture as provided by you through which both people & vehicles would
pass by. There would be provisions for two huge banners displaying VENTURE. Arrangements for a small
gate along with guard walls would be made where the TATA MOTORS would be written all around.
