2. If you in turn click the Add Family tab, you can then add a new family into the appropriate folder with a new Family Name/GF number and set the security levels for the family. (Click Save) From the initial KinTrak screen you can go straight to the Find Person screen by clicking the tab in the top right corner. (Click Find Person)
3. A blank Person Details screen automatically presents. Onto this screen we add the basic demographic data for our new client. (Click the Tab Person Data)
4. The doctor is chosen from the extensive local doctor database in KinTrak, and can be added to the client record at this point. (Click Save) Using the menus across the top of the screen, we can go to a referral record. We can then enter a referral for the client . (Click Referrals)
5. We can then enter a diagnosis which was detailed in the doctor’s referral letter . (Click Close) Closing the referral screen returns us to the Person Details screen. Again we use the menus along the top to go to the diagnosis screen. (Click Diagnoses)
6. At the Sessions screen, we can choose an appointment from a pre-existing list of regular sessions, or we can choose to add a non-session (random) appointment. (Click Add a Non-Session Appt) Again we return to the Person Details screen, and use the menu to navigate to the New Appointment Screen. (Click New Appointment)

8. If we export the appointment details at this point by using hot keys Alt X , we can automatically generate an appointment letter using M ail Merge in Microsoft Word
9. When we access a pre-prepared Word template, we have an automatic appointment letter ready to send to the client. The fields in gray are those that have come directly from KinTrak.
