In this viewyouwill be able to see a list of your upcoming SCHEDULED appointments
with the upcoming appointment at the top.
View the patients information by clickingon the blue Medical Informationbutton
Once your appointment is approaching the Join Room button will turn green. Youcanclick it
to begin the session.
Accept walkin patients by clickingon the CLICK HERE button
at the center of the page. Youwill notice a flashing figure at the top of your screenletting you
know
that youare acceptingpatients.
Youcan accept the walkin patient by clickingthe button that say Join Next Walkin Patient
now.
Youcan stopaccepting patients by clickingon the button again.
Schedule
Scheduling an Availability Date
To schedule availability dates click on “Schedule” at the sidebar to the left.
The calendar begins at the “schedule” view, where you’re able to see dates that patients scheduled
appointments with youwith through bookingan appointment.
On the top right click on the button that says “See your availability schedule”
To the right youwill see 3 tabs: “Week”, “Month”, and “Agenda”.
By default youwill have the “Week” viewselected.
On this calendar, the current day will be shaded with a soft teal color. Whenyouare scheduling
day(s) to be available, make sure that youstart fromthe current day onwards or it will reject your
action.
Click and drag on a slot (a square) downards or upwards to choose a timeframe, releasing at a
designated date/timeframe of your choice. Youcanalso click once at a slot in the calendar.
Once youfeel comfortable of the changes, click on the “Save” buttonlocatedslightly above the
calendar.
2. To the right of the “save” buttonyouwill find that there is an “Undo” and “Reset” button.
The “Undo” button will reset the last actionthat youhave made, while the “Reset” button will start
youback at the beginning.
Youcan also do this in the “Month” view, but it is recommendedto do this in the “Week” viewas it
more visually appealing.
Viewing yourscheduled appointments
To viewyour scheduledappointments, click on “Schedule” at the sidebar to the left.
The calendar begins at the “schedule” view, where you’re able to see dates that patients scheduled
appointments with youwith through bookingan appointment.
Youcan click on a date of a scheduled appointment and a window will pop up on the screenshowing
more details about that appointment with the patient.
Inside this viewyouare able to see further information such as the purpose of the visit and
view the patient’s medical history by clickingon the blue “MedicalHistory” button.

o W9 Form
o Degree
Change Password
Languages
o Choose the language youwant the portal to display as youuse it.
o Thisalso informs patients about the languages youspeak
Bank Account
o Youmust verify your account informationbefore youbeginto accept patients

In Session Drawer (Video Call Meetingwith the Patient)
Once youare in a video call session with a patient, youare able to view the patient’s medical
information as well as all of the notes that were submitted in the past for all of the appointments for
the patient

patient injury
Previous Encounter
Here youcan view a list of the current patients previousappointments
Youcan viewthe doctor’snotes for each appointment adn see the reason why the patient
made an appointment.
Labs & Images
In this tab youwill be presented labs and images that the patient has uploaded to help assist in the
visit.
4. Health Kit
Inside the health kit tab youwill be presented with the patient’s health history where will yoube able
to viewthe patient’s health, fitness, nutrition results and more.
