It should be note that Mr. Khozhiakbar Shukurov is an applicant for a position in your
institution. I would appreciated any consideration you may give this communication in
support of his candidacy
During the past 4-5 months, in my position as an instructor of for MBA Student of the
Graduate school, I have had the opportunity to observe Mr. Khozhiakbar Shukurov’s
professional growth and development. As an exemplary student, he has actively
participated in class discussions, complete all work in a timely manner, and demonstrated
the ability to conduct research in a logical and sequential method.
During class discussion, Mr. Khozhiakbar Shukurov has served as catalyst for extremely
interesting and thought provoking discussions.. Adding immeasurably to the dimension of
the class and subject matter. His peer and teachers have exhibited respect and admiration
for his opinions. He has surfaced a natural leader.
He has an outstanding academic background and an experiential background that is beyond
his years. Khozhiakbar’s practical experiences in the business and hospitality professional
clearly demonstrate and have contributed to his keen business acumen.
Mr. Khozhiakbar is a unique individual, who has the ability to listen, feel, verbalize,
brainstorm, display sensitivity as assertiveness at the appropriate time.
While I realize that this communication may be “a tad on the long side” it is imperative that I
make every attempt to inform you of how outstanding Mr. Khozhiakbar is at what he does.
In my humble opinion, you owe it to yourself and your institution to at least grant Mr.
Khozhiakbar an interview. There is no doubt in my mind that you only confirm what I have
stated in this letter.
