Workers. Also supervise the activities of the

area. Supervise organization of the entire process so that the
food are out in a timely fashion.

 Prepare cash receipts after establishments close, and
make bank deposits.
 Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs.
 Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and
beverages.
