multiple physical diagnoses including stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, orthopedic
surgeries, alcoholism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, spinal cord injuries, pneumonia,
congestive heart failure, acute encephalopathy, sepsis, dementia, and Parkinson 痴.
•Developed my skills as an entry clinician in this setting with efficient and thorough note writing
and evaluation skills, adaptive equipment recommendations, determining appropriate discharge
plans, and interprofessional collaboration.

•Completed this Level II Psychosocial rotation, 5 days per week for 12 weeks. I was exposed to
a range of acquired and traumatic brain injuries.
•Developed my skills as an entry level clinician in this outpatient rehabilitation setting specializing in
brain injury. Independently transitioned to my educator's full case load by the 5th
week in a setting
with unfamiliar treatment approaches including vision therapy, cognitive perceptual motor retraining,
pre-driving/driving assessments, and traditional occupational therapy.

Covenant Inpatient Rehabilitation Saginaw, Michigan
•Completed this Level I physical rotation, one day per week for twelve weeks. I was exposed to
several physical diagnoses including stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, shoulder surgeries,
and post hip and knee replacements.
•Developed professional behaviors, clinical reasoning, note writing, and proper treatment
approaches.

•Completed this Level I Psychosocial rotation, one day per week for twelve weeks. I was exposed
to several psychosocial conditions including down syndrome, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive
disorder, developmental delay, depression, mood disorders, and post traumatic stress disorder.
•Developed my role as an Occupational therapist in this type of community mental health setting,
learned the proper note writing techniques for this population, and individually ran several group
treatment sessions.
