This document provides instructions for changing the pickup location of an item on hold. It involves 6 steps: 1) checking out the held item to the branch account, 2) keeping the hold active, 3) accessing the customer's account and requests menu, 4) highlighting and editing the requested item, 5) noting the original pickup location of TOM, and 6) setting the new pickup location of FB before checking in the item and generating a transit slip to the new location.
