In Odoo 13, users can customize report layouts by modifying styles, colors, backgrounds and more. This is done through the Configure Document Layout menu option, where users can change the layout, add a company logo, set text colors and fonts, include a tagline or footer, select a paper size, and preview changes. When complete, clicking Save applies the new layout to all reports like quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

2.  In Odoo 13 we can Customize the look of reports. We can
modify the report’s style,colour,Background,etc to our likes.
Menu->Settings->Business Documents->

3. Select the Configure Document Layout-> button to configure the
layout.

4. There are many options to modify the quotation.
 Layout (design or arrangement of the quotation)
 Company Logo (We can add our company’s logo)
 Colors (Text Colors)
 Font (Text Font)
 Company Tagline (Can add tagline of our company)
 Footer (Can add anything in the footer )
 Paper format (Can select the paper format by standard size)

5. We can see the changes in demo on right side of the options. If
we change the values it appears on the demo quotation.
 After changing the options click Save-> to save the quotation
layout.
 Then go to Sales->Quotations->

6.  Select any quotation,

7.  Click Print->Quotation/Order-> to view the quotation style.

8.  Select Open with option and click OK->

9.  We can see the changes in the report.The changes are applied
on all reports like sales orders,invoice,renders,etc.
