2. Natural History Museum
In the Natural History Museum there are dinosaur
skeletons and other extinct animals . Did you know
the blue whale is the largest living animal in
existence?
3. Buckingham Palace
We watched the changing of the
guards ,which included a
marching band and some
soldiers on horses.
The queen was home because
the flag was flying.
4. Big Ben
Big Ben is actually the
bell inside the big clock
and it strikes every
quarter of an hour.
It is connected to the
houses of parliament.
5. Boat Trip
On the boat trip on
the River Thames, I
saw all the famous
buildings like The
Shard, Tower of
London, City
Hall, Gherkin, Tower
Bridge and the
London Eye.
6. London Eye
The London Eye opened in the year 2000. It is the most popularly
visited paid attraction in all of Great Britain . Around 3-3.5 million
visitors each year . On a sunny clear day a person on the London Eye
can see up to 40 km!!!
7. Tower Of London
In the middle of the Tower of
London they keep the monarchs
Crown Jewels.
We saw the armour and weapons
of knights and kings. The tower
was where people were executed.
8. Tower Bridge
We walked over Tower Bridge
and saw the gap where it rises
and it only rises about 40 times
a year.
Then we walked past HMS
Belfast which is a floating
museum which was a ship from
world war 2.
9. Science Museum
We had a go on different experiments like
changing our voices and capturing our
shadows.
