Beyond the physical issues are those of the psychological issues that are becoming more prevalent such as Internet addiction.
Digital Citizenship includes a culture where technology users are taught how to protect themselves through education and training.
Digital health and wellness teaches kids how to be safe and healthy while using electronics.
People need to make sure that they sit up straight while at the computer so that you do not have poor posture or end up with back problems
Everyone needs to make sure that they get up to stretch after sitting down for 20 minutes so that the blood flows throughout the body.
Make sure that you are not staring into the computer screen because it will damage your eyes and can cause problems in the future.
