The Control Panel is a part of the Microsoft Windows graphical user
interface which allows users to view and manipulate basic system
settings and controls via applets, such as adding hardware, adding and
removing software, controlling user accounts, and changing accessibility
options.

•While on the Windows Desktop, press the Windows key + X to open
the Power User Menu.
•Select Control Panel in the menu.
•Once open you should see a screen similar to the example below

•Move the mouse to the bottom left corner of the screen
and right-click.
•In the Power User Menu, select Control Panel.

•On the Windows desktop screen, click the Start button.
•Click Control Panel on the right-hand side of the start menu.
•You may see a window similar to the following image. You may also
see the expanded version of the Control Panel, with icons for all the
various utilities available in the Control Panel
