JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Currently employed with Stae street HCL services private limited as a Senior Analyst ,Joined on May 2015.
• Perform reconciliation as per the provisions of the Department Operating Instructions (DOI), relevant policies
and instructions within the timelines and specified accuracy standards
• Adhere to Legal and Compliance requirements as instructed in the Risk and Controls policies framed by the
Group and department heads
• Working in TLM and PLM tools for matching and researching the breaks.
• Creating and submission of TLM set spread sheet for new account opening or closing the account and will send
to TLM IT support.
• Consolidate all the Security linking exceptions for linking Dummy CUSIP with original identifiers and share it with
TLM IT support team for updating in master file in TLM.
• Verification and Researching on the discrepancies of the transactions.
• Solving exceptions with the help of RKS, MCH, Bloomberg & various other tools.
• End of the day publishing the reports to clients - fund wise.
• Prepare Break analysis, Audit packages, KRI and KPI report and publishing to oversight team.
• Follow SOP and meet SLAs on time.
• Weekly & Monthly calls with the global heads and updating the aged items.
• Coordinating with Custodians, Oversight team.
ACHIEVEMENTS AT WORK:
• Received appreciation mail from oversight for hard working.
• Received Business Excellence award for success full migration.
• Reduced manual work with the help of Macro, Pivot and Vlookup.
• Created one basic Macro for reducing the manual work.
MIGRATION
• Successfully Migrated the Reconciliation process
Responsibilities include:
• Co-coordinating with the relevant teams for accounts creation in TLM.
• Analysis and follow up with the support team for the feeds to be generated in TLM.

2. • Ensuring the correctness of the data, type of accounts and sub accounts created and the correctness of the
feeds loaded in the system.
• Checking and verifying the matching logics set and ensuring the correctness of the reconciliation done at the
initial stages of the migration.
