Atlanta’s newest luxury apartment communities, I
developed the monthly and yearly marketing plan and
utilized my experience as a graphic designer to produce
marketing materials, which saved my employer time and
money. I worked to build and maintain relationships
with many of the corporate institutions and government
offices in the Dunwoody/Atlanta area through the
development of our Corporate Services and Resident
Ambassador programs, and I developed several new
marketing and retention strategies. I also planned and
coordinated all resident functions. Axis at Perimeter was
a lease-up that I helped take from 0% occupancy in Dec.
‘09 to 95% occupancy by Sept. ‘10.
