A random act of kindness or RAoK is a selfless act performed by kind people with the
intent to help someone else, with no expectation of thanks or recognition. It can be either
spontaneous or planned in advance, RAoK’s make the world a better place. We want to
give you the opportunity to learn how to do this on your own. Elma Saturday Basketball
believes in RaoK’s, so we have created this form so you can practice RAoK’s with your
family, teacher, or classmates.
To my parent or teacher:
I give you this sheet because I want to do a Random Act of Kindness. I may need help
thinking of ideas of how I can be kind to others.
In the space provided below, please help me describe my act of kindness. I recognize that
I will not receive any prizes or awards for my act of kindness, and that I am doing it so
