11. Very beautiful .
Her hair always looked plain and simple .
wears small black hat was the gold-green
wing of a bird.

13. (1)BEGINNING:-
Pitcher allowed his face to show interest
&surprise when Mr.maxwell entered. It was
half past nine ,&Mr. Maxwell was with his
secretary , for a year.
she was very beautiful , &different form
other secretaries . She looked simple.
14. the machine sitting at that table was no longer a man .it
was a busy new York broker papers covering his table .
His eyes looked at she were another machine .
she said Mr.maxwell talk to him yesterday about getting
another secretary .pitcher answered that he did the young
lady went to
her table &took off the black hat with the gold-green bird
wing 7put it away.
(2) OFFICE SCENARIO:- this day was Harvey Maxwell
busy day every storm was felt in the brokers office
in the middies of all this ,he realized that something
had come near him ,7thrre was a young lady pitcher
explained that the lady for that job as secretary .but
Maxwell refused ,&scolded him .
when the dinner hour was near ,he stood by his table with
full of papers.
through the window came a soft sweet smell of flower
belong to miss lisle . It was hers &hers only.
15. (3) PROPOSAL ;- miss Leslie looked up at him
a smile warm color came into her face ,&her
eyes were soft and kind .
Maxwell's hands were still full of uppers .he
proposed her in an unseal way to marry him.
She rose to her in an unusual way to marry
him. She rose to her feet & looked at him
round-eyed and cried about his proposal.
(4)CLIMAX:-the secretary acted very strangely
at first she seemed lost in surprise. then tears
began o run from her wondering eyes. And
then she smiles through her tears.
16. “I know now” , said ,”it is this business, it has
put everything else out of your head. I was
afraid at first. Do not you remember ..?we
were married last evening at eight, in the
little churcharriund the coiner.”
