2. In my opinion, to be a better manager you
have to be able to create a bond between
you and your employees where everyone
can tell his point of view withouth any
hesitation in order to improve the quality of
the services that they are providing.

3. A good manager keeps his team together
and it pushes them to the limit.

4. I’m going to tell you a few thing that I think
that will make anyone a better manager:
1. Select the best people
2. Motivate them
3. Improve your communication

5. A multitasking manager is able to do
different things in the same time

6. Communication may be the single most
important skill of a manager. After all, all the
others depend on it. You can't be a leader if
you can't communicate your vision. You
can't motivate people if they can't
understand what you want. Communication
skills can be improved through practice.
