2. Fast food and Obesity
Obesity is the condition of being grossly
fat or overweight.
Health is the overall condition of someone's body
or mind.
A fast food restaurant is a place were they
specialize in food that can be
prepared and served quickly
3. Fast food and Obesity
Researchers found out that fast-food portion sizes
have exceeded government standards. They noted that
the bigger portion sizes encourage people to eat
more, and the excess calories make it difficult
to balance energy with physical activity.
Research was found that the people who consumed
fast food once a month had the least risk.
The study found that prevalence of obesity increased
significantly for those who consumed fast food three
or more times per week.
4. Why I made the choices I made
I choose this topic about fast food causing obesity because it is a daily argument. The obesity
rate is increasing rapidly every year and people tend on not knowing how fattening their daily
meal is. So, I just wanted to inform those who are having problems with their weight and just
ways to keep obesity from impacting your life. Showing people that it doesn’t matter what
you eat but it’s how much of it you eat. Sooner or later most of the universe is going to be
obese; this research project I’m conducting might help inform people that you can still eat fast
food as long as you are getting enough exercise and making the meal portions smaller.
