What are the best ways for you to study math? There are 7 different types of math study smarts.  Learning what kind of smarts you have can help you study. Take notes from your textbook, translating what’s in the book into your own words. Use rhymes to remember math facts.If you checked mostly blue, you have physical smarts. Use household objects to work out your math problems. Or recite your multiplication tables while jumping rope!You might have a little bit of many types of smarts. Try any of these ideas (regardless of how you scored) to find out what works best for you.If you checked mostly orange, you have people smarts. Form a study group with friends, or have someone else quiz you.If you checked mostly aqua, you have spatial smarts. Draw pictures of the math problems.If you checked mostly bright pink, you have logical smarts. Try breaking down math problems into numbered steps. Learn the steps in order, and you’ll remember how to do any problem.If you checked mostly purple, you have musical smarts. Study by singing your math formulas. Make up songs about your math notes or multiplication tables.If you checked mostly red, you have self smarts. Try studying on your own. Reward yourself by calling a friend on the phone, watching TV, or listening to music after you finish a certain amount of work.<br />
