3. Introduction
Joyce Narisma is a certified experienced Virtual
Assistant. She started being a virtual assistant 5 years
ago so that she could use and enhance her social media
and administrative skills as well as to provide assistance
to the business industry. She believes that the more work
she experiences, the more knowledge she'll gain; that's
what keeps her motivated.
She is a graduate of Computer Engineering, a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Specialist
who assists clients in Social Media and as well as Administrative tasks. She is also well
versed in the Microsoft Office Suite. She's been undergoing trainings of the said profession
to enhance her capabilities and skills. She has strong skills in transcription, data
entry, internet research, customer services and contact management. She has worked in
the public and private sectors for many years. In her college years, she has been the lead
editor of the school magazine and was also tasked to proof read articles submitted by the
writers. She has undergone sufficient workshops on teamwork, communication, learning
styles and time management.
4. Introduction
In her professional career, she has been a Front Desk
Coordinator which made her easy transition to customer
support and being a Virtual Assistant. She has also been
a Team Leader of the Specifications team of a BPO
company managing an information website called
Advisen.
Her experience in this field helped her a lot in her
writing skills, having a keen eye for detail and being meticulous about little issues to avoid
mistakes in work. Also, she has been a graphic designer which made it easy for her to create
presentations and graphical images for clients. She has created training manuals,
presentations (with the handouts), forms, databases, flyers, brochures, newsletters, setup
client logins in social media sites, manage blogs and monitor analytics.
She is an innovative, fast learner and a logical thinker. She can think out of the box and as well
as stick to company branding. She can be characterized as being loyal, efficient, hardworking
and a trustworthy individual who has great dedication to work. She spends her free time on
watching movies and cooking. She believes that work and personal life should be balanced
and each has a time of its own. So if she has deadlines, she makes sure to stick to it or even
finish it earlier so it wouldn't disrupt the balance.
