2. It´s a kind of fish with a high proportion of fat.
There are several types of blue fish”:
sardin

Albacore
White albacore
Pomf
ret

3. Blue fish, has the following, nutrients:
It´s a good source of proteins comparable to eggs or meat
It has unsaturated fats, such as Omega 3, Oleic, linoleic…
It also has minerals, such as iodine, iron, magnesium, calcium…
among others.
Finally it has, vitamins (A, D and B12)

4. Believe it or not, this meal is healthy,and one of the reasons is
because it belongs to the Mediterranen diet,
 People who wants to have a balanced diet
People with heart problems
It´s good for athletes, old people, and pregnant women.

5. According to food pyramid, it is adviced to eat it, 2 times a week,but
for people with cardiovascular diseases, they should eat 4 times a
week.
The best period to eat blue fish, is on summer and autumn why?
Because, at this time, it has more fats on it.
It also depends, on the size and age of fish.

6. It doesn´t matter how can we eat this fish, because any form of
cooking alter its nutritional properties. However, if we fry blue fish,
it might be harder to digest, that if we cook grilled or baked.
