don'ts when it comes to wearing a face respirator.

3. DO'S: HOW TO PUT ON A MASK?
• Before putting on your mask, wash your hands well.
• Put it over your nose and mouth and under your chin to keep it in place.
• Make sure it's tight against your cheekbones.
• Check to see whether you're able to get a good breath.
• Masks with an exhalation valve or vent are not recommended, according

• Use the highest acceptable heat setting in the dryer for the
mask-making fabrics and then put them in the dryer to dry

• Lay flat to air dry and allow to dry completely. Place the mask
in direct sunlight if feasible.
