Gemma Technology Inc. used to be a maker of speaker driver, audio box, amplifier in the past, since we saw the trend of Bluetooth stereo audio will become popular,so from 2007, we began to transfer from traditional multimedia speaker maker to Bluetooth multimedia speaker innovator; we focused on high output power audio speaker and keep on developing new products to satisfy customer's need;now we have many worldwide customers in this field. The Bluetooth technology keeps on going forward, we never stop approaching the market demand and follow the Bluetooth technology progress. Gemma has center of R&D located in Taiwan and recently build a software team in India, since we see the trend of smartphone application and foreseeing the Internet of Things future, we develop product with more software applications; we expect to create a more convenient wireless applications, wish that consumers can enjoy the innovative product with an affordable price, and take advantage from technology in the future. Our main business model is doing OEM and ODM for customers, we have some ODM projects going with customers, for example, wireless audio systems in car with a Japan famous car maker. We are familiar with customization process export procedure, we help customer to make the whole product with their marketing demand and ship to them in time. In Taiwan and Malaysia, we have our own brand products selling, it help us to get more responses from customers and these opinions are the key to let us make our products better. In the future, we hope our software team in India can do App software customization for customer's project demand, especially the commercial Apps.  The company was originally set up in the early 90s to commercialize
PhD research from Queen‟s University Belfast, launching the first
generation of aptX codec„s.
 New variants of the codec were launched in 1998 and 2007.
 Heavily adopted by Broadcast, Professional Audio and
 Cinema sectors.
 Every Public Service and Commercial radio broadcaster in
 Europe, Asia and North America is using aptX.

20. Use and display aptX LOGO and Trade Mark
 Customer sign agreement directly with CSR to use and freely advertise
aptX logo.
 Licensee shall include the Trade Mark on all advertising, promotional
material, Licensee Product packaging/casing and Licensee Product „about‟
and „help‟ panels.
 Licensee shall provide CSR with all marketing material relating to the
Licensee Product (in whatever media), together with two examples of the
Licensee Product before it begins marketing and distributing the Licensee
Product.
 To use aptX license code in Bluetooth audio module(CSR 8645 ROM
version excluded), there would be license fee and royalty for each code:
