This document is a prospectus for a music video for the band "Out of It". The concept involves the band performing with charcoal burning around them to simulate heat. There is a storyline where a band member gets in an argument and considers self-harm, but is convinced by the other band members to continue performing that night. The video will end with the band happily performing for a crowd. Key personnel are identified, including the director Kate Josey. A production schedule and team member contact details are also provided.
5. -Out of it opens on an unpaved street with charcoal on the ground (Charcoal surrounding the band).
-When the chorus starts: Charcoal will now be burning and the band will start acting as if they are having trouble playing
their instruments due to the charcoals heat in their body. The heat will also make the band extremely sweaty.
-Use of water to simulate sweat.

6. Verse
-A redheaded female will start arguing with one of the band members. This argument will lead to a break up.
-The break up will make the band member “upset”.
-The upset band member runs into a purple lighted bathroom
and sits in the floor against the wall. He then reaches a pocket
knife from his pants. While sitting down he stares at the
bathroom’s ceiling with an upset expression on his face.

7. -The other band members rush into the bathroom and give him positive vibes. They give him the news that
they have a big event that night at a venue.
-The upset band member realizes everything is fine and smiles. The purple lighted bathroom now turns green.

8. -The entire band is now on a stage with a big crowd surrounding them.
-The band is now performing with white t-shirts (Yellow OUT OF IT logo in each band members t-shirt)
-While performing, the band and crowd are eating pizza and having fun. Some crowd members have empty pizza
boxes with “OUT OF IT” written on them.
-Colored smoke in stage while band is playing.

others is a storyline, which gives the audience an
emotional journey.

10. Out of it
Out Of It is a youthful pop-punk band based in Florida. The band consist’s of four members
Nick, Roke, Rei, and Ryan. The band has been creating music for over a year now. They have
opened up for bigger acts such as Felicity at The House of Blues and they have even performed
at various other venues such as Sound-bar, Will Pub, and The ORPHEUM at Tampa. They pull
influences from an arrange of rock bands such as Jonas brothers, Motley Crew, and Blink 182.
Their fanbase consist of crowd surfers, female, mosh pitter’s, and angsty teens from age’s 18 to
25. The band has a knack of being humorous and lighthearted, but they hold values and beliefs
such as loyalty, hard work, and acceptance.

11. She was born in Biloxi, MS. Kate spent eight years in the coast guard before going to Full Sail
University to study filmmaking. She has a passion for directing and assistant directing. Her
favorite part of directing is collaborating with the creative team involved.
