8. Conclusions
The Manuelito Minerals property represents a reasonable copper-iron-silver project. Exploration
drilling to date has defined a mineralized copper-iron-silver zone at Manuelito’s main target Dos
Amigos and also in an area of approximately 4500 hectares extending through a vertical
elevation of 900 meters. The deposit remains open at depth and along the NS long axis of the
mineralized trend. The boundaries of the Dos Amigos (main target) have been only partially
defined and possibility to increase the mineral resource remains open especially with the
primary target La Porrita.
Infill drilling in Dos Amigos and La Porrita could help the project to become a world
class deposit with a potential of 200-250 million tons.
The Dos Amigos deposit is estimated to host a measured, indicated and inferred Mineral
Resources of 67 million tones averaging 0.53% TCu, 9.2% Fe and 1.4 g/t Ag at 0.3% TCu
cutoff.
The change of the mineral resources is explained by the combination of upgrading of a large
portion of Inferred resource and definitions of additional resources due to an improved
geological and structural interpretation.
The variography produced using data from MANSA’ drill holes, show good continuity down the
hole and limited continuity across and perpendicular to the strike and it is mainly due to the
need of infill drilling. Ordinary kriging was used to interpolate total copper, soluble copper, iron,
vanadium, and silver grades in blocks of 5 x 5 x 5 meters
