Game Director - The Game Director is the overall lead for a given project. He oversees all of the project elements, including
production, sales & marketing and public relations. He makes the major decisions of the games development.
Lead Producer - The Lead Producer reports directly to the Game Director. The Lead Producer's role is to ensure the team
meets milestones and deadlines for the project. He creates schedules and ensures everyone has the tools they need to
complete their tasks on time.
Assistant Producer - The Assistant Producer reports to the Lead Producer and assists him with the day to day activities
including paperwork, streamlined communication and other small tasks to lighten the leads burden.
MarketingExecutive - The Marketing Executive reports to the Game Director and is responsible for marketing, campaigning
and advertising of titles, products or Studio related merchandise.
PublicRelationsOfficer - The Public Relations Officer reports to the Game Director. Represents the company and works to
create a positive image. He monitors the public’s opinion of the company, often through social media. Attends many
conferences and events related to the industry.
