  3. 3. Antibiotic <ul><li>An Antibiotic is a substance that kills bacteria or inhibits the growth of the bacteria.
  4. 4. They are used to treat infections caused by microorganisms.
  5. 5. If used properly, Antibiotics can save lives.

  32. 32. Type of drug used to relieve nasal congestion.
  33. 33. Commonly used to cure the common cold, flu and allergies.
  34. 34. Constrict the blood flow on the area of congestion, which then decreases the swelling and clears the congested area.
  35. 35. Allows one to breathe more easily. </li></ul>
