Employment Verification Product (EVP) is an automated direct response to all employment and
income verification requests from third parties for current employees and previous employees.
PreEmployment Services corporate office is based in Plano, Texas and we are committed to providing
our clients world class service with USA based employees. PreEmployment Services utilizes Lean Six Sigma
to ensure all processes are delivered on‐time, accurate and above all secure.
How does EVP work?
EVP receives updated payroll information from our client in digital format each pay period (CSV File)
EVP uses SSN and or a unique number to identify the employee
Clients advertise via their web site EVP’s contact information regarding employment verification
Clients advertise via automated phone system EVP’s contact information regarding employment verification
Clients push all employment verification calls to EVP’s web site
Current employees are provided EVP’s contact information for all of their employment verification needs to assist their
third party
Employees acknowledge “Authority to Release Information”
Employee sends authority to release form to 3rd party
Third parties come directly to us to fulfill all current and previous employment verifications
Must provide signed Authority to Release Information (Third Party acknowledges EVP release statement)
EVP sends the verification report to the authorized party
EVP secures all data and reports on behalf of our client
Information is up‐to‐date, and available almost instantly. Direct digital transmittal of payroll information is pushed to EVP
each pay period to ensure that EVP delivers the most current information on current and previous employees.
