2. Introduction
 A graduate of North Park University in Chicago,
Illinois, Jerome Eberle worked for the American
Library Association for eight years following
graduation. Alongside his career, Jerome Eberle
supports nonprofit organizations such as Catholic
Charities.
In the fall of 2015, Catholic Charities will offer two
nationwide events: its Annual Gathering and the
Applied Institute for Disaster Excellence. The 2015
Annual Gathering will take place in Omaha, Nebraska,
from September 10th through 12th and will bring
together volunteers, business professionals, and the
organization's partners to celebrate the organization's
efforts and prepare for the future.

3. Catholic Charities
 The Applied Institute for Disaster Excellence
(AIDE) will take place from November 2nd through
6th to educate members of Catholic Charities'
network, diocesan staff, and other participants on
how to prepare for disasters. The event will also
include tools for handling response to disasters.
