of transformational leadership, it’s worth noting that creation of
new vision is paramount to the success of this concept.

multifaceted nature and deal with all the complexities that
associated with them (Caligiuri, & Tarique, 2012). Solving of
these complexities would enhance my global competencies.

helpful and sophisticated strategies and plan would increase my
general skills. Being energetic, optimistic, resilient and
resourceful would be my main area of focus so as to incorporate
all my global leadership values so as to be competent enough.
Additionally my plans include Trustworthiness and Integrity as
an area of consideration and focus so as to a responsible world
leader. Moreover quality, value addition and an elaborate
assessment technique that would be assessing my goals progress
and manage my global leadership plans so as to be more
competent enough.
Gardner's Five Minds Level of Competency and My
Responsibility
Howard Gardner's minds level of competency outlines specific
cognitive abilities that are critical for any leader who wants
/determined to achieve greatness. These skills are necessary for
finding my strengths and areas where improvements needed. For
instance The Disciplined Mind.People without one or more
disciplines won't have the capacity to succeed in any requesting

emerging trends and transformational leadership skills. My
plans for personal growth and development would concentrate
on the current trends that drive global leadership agenda now
and in the future. I would evaluate my progress at random basis
so as to ensure that I have attained all my goals and set targets.
