Bold ideas are drawn from the imagination, artistic inner talent,
inspiration, and vision -- which in turn develop into a “concept.”
The creative team are tasked with developing the look, ambiance, image,
culinary experience and overall guest/diner experience, as well as the
unique personality of the boutique hotel and fine dining establishment
respectively. They are the masters of exploiting the five senses, the
motions and engaging the customers amid the aura, the music, the
scent, the touch, and taste.
Design should be part of the strategic plan from the start, embraced by
the top executive(s) and throughout the organization.

Architectural/Interior Design: Visual Artists
Beauty and design in all things is artistic, engaging, stimulating and creates
a sense of comfort. Creativity is beauty in art form. It starts from nothing,
utilizes mind exploitation, imagination then something awe inspiring is
produced which stimulates the mind and senses. The approach to creativity
is the way an artist might stand before a new canvas, on which a beautiful
painting can be crafted.
Needless to say, first impressions do matter…the entrance and the
reception area and/or lobby ought to offer initial awe inspiring moments.

Ambiance & Tactile Virtuosos: Creating an Emotional
Attachment
“Total customer experience” is not an option but rather
compulsory for an alluring brand. It takes savvy planning,
execution and perpetual visual, as well as service refinements to
