Action Plan:
1.SEMINARS
A. No more seminars on a Sunday.
B. All staff that will be sent to seminars will be paid
(weekday). Free food and transpo will be given.
C. Seminars will be prioritized to TIC's. All info MUST
be re-echoed to its staff. It will part of your JOB.
D. Previous seminars will be disregarded. No need to
echo, no need to share. All info from the son-
rise seminar will be for your own added creden-
tials only. No payment needed.
Food
1. No more free food in all centers.
2. No more free rides in all centers.
3. No approved undertimes in all centers.
4. No More grace period (15 minutes), coming in late will be
subject to a memo and a salary deduction.
5. No more retreats until further notice.
6. No more salary increase on the first three and six months.
7. No more student's school materials subsidy. (Teacher Jim
and Tin can still give, but it will be out of their pockets,not
from JCS institution)
Like other companies, we will just give you the following:
1.Basic Salaries (monthly)
2.Allowances (monthly)
3.Overtimes (if any)
4.Reimbursements (transpo from one center to
another)
5.13th month pay(Yearly)
6.Christmas Grocery (Optional)
7.Vacation leaves, Sick Leaves, Emergency Leaves,Solo
parent Leave.
Gift
“No Gift Policy will be implemented in all
centers of JCS”
1. Notices will be posted centerwide
2. Accepting gifts from clients discreetly will
be subject to a memo.
3. Gifts for the admin can be given to the
teachers, depending on the discretion.
Regularization
1. All teachers who were not regularized yet will undergo
intensive evaluation before the end of the 6th month.
2. All teachers who fail to pass the evaluation will end its
employment on the 6th month, they will not be
regularized.
Center Phones
1. All center phones are not allowed for personal use.
2. Using center phone for personal use is subject to a memo.
Loans and other Monetary Aids
1. No salary loans will be allowed until further notice.
2. No Gadget loans will be allowed until further notice.
3. No cash advance will be approved.
4. No transpo allowance will be given effective November 1, 2016,
until further notice.
Conspiracy and Other Related Issues
1. All activities and conversations related to conspiracy will
be subject to termination. No due process will be given.
How to avoid
1. Forward all complaints and issues towards to the admin
immediately.

1. No welcome treats for new staff effective
November 1, 2016.

Note:
1. Not all schools and centers offers free trainings ang seminars. Some charge 50%, some cover food and transpo, some
do not cover anything at all.
2. Not all seminars offer free food or snack. Depending on the organizers and the fee.
3. All seminars that JCS offer were already attended by the admin. Thats the reason we would like other teachers to
attend such seminars.
Seminar Benefits
1. Added credentials to teachers.
2. Added knowledge for the teachers. It is impererative that all knowledge must be shared. All schools are imposing the
same protocol.
3. Seminars are part of your job, JCS has clearly cascaded to all its staff the rules pertaining to Seminars.
To tell someone
that they must

behaviour or they
will have to leave.
