8. It is the power of the shining self which is the
attainment of the Yogi and for this Yogi, the career or
employment will not be dependent on the outer world.
It will be the power of the self which will become
so rewarding that the career will not be an issue,
it will be self made smooth sail and not an uphill
task of endless search of one greener pasture after
the other. It will be what in contemporary
jargon we call as EMPOWERMENT!
IT WILL BE THE STATE OF INDIA,
NAY WORLD START UP!!

2.Ihāmutrārtha phala bhoga virāga
(इहाऽर्ुत्राथम फल भोगत्तवरागर््) —
3.Śamādi ṣatka sampatti (शर्ादि षट्क सम्पत्तत्त)-
the sixfold qualities,
•Śama (control of the antahkarana)
•Dama (the control of external sense organs).
•Uparati (the cessation of these external organs so restrained,
from the pursuit of objects other than that, or it may mean the
abandonment
of the prescribed works according to scriptural injunctions)
•Titikṣa (the tolerating of tāpatraya).
•Śraddhā(the faith in Guru and Vedas).
•Samādhāna(the concentrating of the mind on God and Guru).
4.Mumukṣutva (र्ुर्ुक्षुत्वर््)

12. Raja Yoga
(The Classical Yoga- the all inclusive one)

13. Bhakti Yoga
( The Heartfulness- the Emotional Intelligence)
Bhakti is always the way through the Heart, the Bhaav, the
Surrender , the Total, the Obedience
“Kiv sachiara hoiai kiv kurai tute pal
Hukum rajai chalna Nanak likhyia nal”
Guru Nanak preaches that total surrender to the Supreme Lord
is the only way to quieten the mind.
“Gurprasad”
He is realised by the divine grace of the true Guru.

14. Karma Yoga ( The ever happening action)
The action that keeps you afloat, the Karma that
has the buoyancy. Its classical shade is found in
the Gita Updesh of:
कर्मणयेवाधधकारमते र्ा फलेषु किािि ।
र्ा कर्मफलहेतुभमर्ाम ते सङ्गोऽमत्वकर्मणण ॥ (chapter 2,
verse 47)
योगमथ: कु रु कर्ामणण संगं त्यक्त्वा धिंिय ।
ससद्धयससद्धयो: सर्ो भत्वा सर्त्वं योग उच्यते
॥ (chapter 2, verse 48)

15. Hatha yoga generates usual heat and furore about yoga that is
associated with the physical flutter and tapas essentially.

16. The integral yogi does not aspire for
liberation for his soul. He only tries to
liberate
the parts of his being from falsehood. He
turns himself into an instrument of Truth
and works for the salvation of the rest of
creation from falsehood too. He works so
that Truth may descend and reign on earth.
This in essence is the "Integral Yoga" of Sri
Aurobindo.”

17. ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਦਖੰ ਥਾ ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਡੰ ਡੈ ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਭਸਮ ਚੜਾਈਐ ॥

ਅੰ ਜਨ ਮਾਦਹ ਦਨਰੰ ਜਦਨ ਰਹੀਐ ਜੋਗ ਜੁਗਦਤ ਇਵ ਪਾਈਐ ॥੧॥
ਗਲੀ ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥ ਏਕ ਦਦਿਸਦਿ ਕਦਰ ਸਮਸਦਰ ਜਾਣੈ ਜੋਗੀ ਕਹੀਐ ਸੋਈ
॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਬਾਹਦਰ ਮੜੀ ਮਸਾਣੀ ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਤਾੜੀ ਲਾਈਐ ॥
ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਦੇਦਸ ਦਦਸੰ ਤਦਰ ਭਦਵਐ ਜੋਗੁ ਨ ਤੀਰਦਥ ਨਾਈਐ ॥:

the true form of Yoga it becomes
evident that Yoga may not be treated
like an ordinary branch of knowledge
application and mastery of which is
going to place one suitably in the job
market. Yoga is not BONDAGE, Yoga is
LIBERATION – Liberation from any
kind of quest which makes one
dependent and not independent.

BEd, MEd, and DEIEd (Diploma in Elementary Education) developed by the
National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) in Hindi. The NCTE is seriously
working on bringing out specialised courses in Yoga education for
Elementary, Secondary, Senior Secondary and University teacher education

Yoga, each student will go through theory, practical and internship phases.
