I would like to express my sincere appreciation for all the effort and dedication provided by
Jason Wiland, US Navy, during his assignment as IT Change Manager for the NATO
Communication and Information (NCI) Agency.
During his 3 years tour, Jason Wiland significantly contributed to my Service Line ability to
achieve its objectives, in particular those assigned to the IT Change Management section. His
role demanded a high-level skillset to analyse and process requests for change related to the
approval of new/updated software on NATO's networks.
I have been very impressed by his sense of duty as demonstrated by his conscientious
demeanour, level of adaptability and keenness to assume increased responsibility. He
established an excellent relationship with his team members and process stakeholders and,
consequently, will be sadly missed.
For the high value, investment of time, professional skills and expertise that Jason Wiland
afforded to NCIA, and in particular to my Branch, I would have no hesitation in retaining him
on my team.
I strongly recommend Jason Wiland as I am confident he will demonstrate again his very high
value to a new organization.
