-Assist with planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of NIPR and SIPR
Networks for the Mid-Pacific Region.
-Responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of data network systems
in both a stand-alone and client-server environment. Maintain and hone required skills
for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting as they arise in the network.

Directory, Tacacs, DCO chat, HP tools, Net Scout, and other authorized tools.

- Provided Queue Management for the Regional Service Desk and assisted with the
processing well over 1,000 customer service related tickets.
- Provided technical support for the Regional Service Desk to include first call
resolution, field service support and ticket escalation.
- Revised and revamped the entire re-imaging process for both the SIPR and NIPR network
resulting in a drastic service improvement to the unit's customer base.
- Personally worked multiple VIP customer tickets to ensure advanced level trouble
shooting techniques resulted in minimal service interruptions for VIP users.
- Instructed multiple classes related to a plethora of communications topics in order to
ensure Marines and civilian staff understood mission essential topics related to
information technology and service delivery.
- Taught installation, deployment, and administration of several basic to advanced
software platforms to include: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, ESXi 4.1, ESXi
5.1, vcenter, vmware, Windows XP, Windows 7, Openfiler, Linux, and Netapp Filer.
