This document outlines an expansion of a previous project called Empire County Survival Foundry about climate change in post-Sandy New York. The expanded project will use emerging technologies to generate compelling storytelling and bring about an immersive transmedia environment depicting the risks of climate change and how designed products could help. It will finalize physical products, create an interactive virtual look book, web portal, and first-person shooter game to introduce the world and products as necessary commodities for consumers.

Carrying Novel Applications in a Changing World

CARRYING NOVEL APPLICATIONSIN A WORLD THAT WE BEGIN
TO KNOW NOW
My practice has most fundamentally been about generating compelling storytelling through exploiting
emerging technologies.
After careful consideration of the timeline of the event at gay bi gay gay, I have decided to expand my
project into one that dealt most with a bridging of not only this installation, which will be a concretization of
the
core concepts laid out in a previous project, Empire County Survival Foundry.
2. Empire County was a suite of products that spoke directly to New Yorkers about climate change in a post-Sandy context. There were fully conceptualized
prototypes, a look book replete with visual and material context, as well as a distinct voice that merged insane humour with serious gravitas.

Product Design + Fabrication
Moreso, I plan to bring about a transmedia approach to create an immersive environment that deems a credible dialogue about the risks and dangers we face,
and how my designs might assuage chaos.
This includes a finalization of product developments for the unfinished physical products, a virtual video look book performed in front of a green screen, a web
portal with interactive elements to support the scenarios represented in the collection, including a game environment of a scenario in first person shooter. In a
culmination of these efforts, I will work with Yes Lab on introducing these objects and more largely this world as real and necessary commodities for consumers
to desire.
