Note that none of the referenced SMLLC parcels are those parcels involved in the subject lease at dispute in Ventura Superior Court Case No. CIV214702, SMLLC v. John Redmond, et al., and no compliance documents have been filed by SMLLC for that real property allegedly leased by SMLLC to Geraldine Redmond and her business, with John and Maureen as lease guarantors, as described in the alleged "lease," executed November 23rd, 2001 by SMLLC. SMLLC went on to offer proof of rights and/or authorities to have executed said "lease," but strictly under condition of John and Maureen Redmond privately viewing said document without any means of making a copy or taking notes, and only after John and Maureen Redmond had signed a document in agreement that what SMLLC was purporting that the document would go to prove, that SMLLC lawfully retained authority at the time of the "lease" execution, but signing in advance of actually viewing the document, meaning the Plaintiff was openly attempting to con Defendants into validating its own lease and case.
